When you have mastered basic principles and essential workout you can progress to the intermediate level. Classes offer more energetic full body workout. Classes offer energetic full body workout by adding more complex moves.

Our Journey

How we became ISPilates

There are many substandard exercise pilates classes taught by people whose qualification has been earned in a half day course. These are usually no more than abdominal workouts and should not be confused with STOTT PILATES ®.

Furthermore STOTT PILATES ® instructors have to commit to a programme of continuing education to maintain their qualification so you can be sure they are up to date with the latest research and ideas for your fitness.
