Depending on your needs the flow can be dynamic with focus on strengthening postures or it could be slow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility. You will be guided through the session with awareness between postures and careful correction of body alignment.

Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses ( asanas ) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters.
