I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 18 years and after years of teaching high impact classes I was suffering with back pain.
It was then I discovered Pilates and after participating in my first class I saw the profound benefits on my own body. I immediately began the rigorous training required to teach this discipline so I could help others with similar problems and, once fully qualified, founded ISPilates, home to Oxford’s premiere STOTT PILATES ® classes.
